Reincorporated in Delaware as Oracle Systems in October 1986.

Amended company name to Oracle Corporation in May 1995.

Raised an undisclosed amount in a single round of funding.

Started trading on the NASDAQ in March 1986.

Headquartered in Redwood City, USA.
